When you use our service, we collect the information you enter into the complaint form including your name, address, email address, phone number, and the details of your cruise complaint. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to generate your complaint letter and deliver it to you by email. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than fulfilling the service you paid for.

Data Retention

Your complaint details are held in memory only for the duration of letter generation, typically 2 to 5 minutes. Once your letter has been generated and emailed, your form data is deleted from our system. The PDF file is automatically deleted from our server within 20 minutes of generation. We do not maintain a database of customer information or complaint letters.
