What information we collect
When you use our service, we collect the information you enter into the complaint form including your name, address, email address, phone number, and the details of your cruise complaint. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full credit card number.
How we use your information
Your information is used solely to generate your complaint letter and deliver it to you by email. We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, or any purpose other than fulfilling the service you paid for.
Data retention
Your complaint details are held in memory only for the duration of letter generation, typically 2 to 5 minutes. Once your letter has been generated and emailed, your form data is deleted from our system. The PDF file is automatically deleted from our server within 20 minutes of generation. We do not maintain a database of customer information or complaint letters.
Third-party services
Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment information is handled.
Anthropic Claude API — AI letter generation. Your complaint details are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your letter. Anthropic's privacy policy governs this processing.
Namecheap Private Email — email delivery of your PDF letter.
Cookies
This site does not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary session cookies used by Stripe during payment processing.
Your rights
Because we do not retain your personal data after letter generation is complete, there is typically no stored data to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us at support@cruisecomplaintletter.com.
Security
All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. PDF files are stored temporarily in a secure server directory and automatically deleted.
Children
This service is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
